There
are two versions of the Energy Statistics Handbook available from this
page. One version is in it's original format as an Envoy file type.
The other version is in PDF format.

The PDF file must
be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If it is not already
installed on their workstation, users can download and install the Adobe
Acrobat Reader, available here.

The Envoy file can
be viewed using the Envoy Runtime Viewer. You do not need to download the
Envoy software in order to view this file. The viewer is embedded within
the Handbook's file and allows the user to open the Envoy file even if
Envoy is not installed on the user's workstation. Once the file is opened,
the user can view and annotate documents, but cannot create new Envoy documents.
Please note that the Envoy Runtime Viewer significantly increases the document
file size.
